Our baking molds are free-standing, but we recommend placing our molds on a baking sheet for stability and easier transportation to and from the oven. Baking cups and tulip cups require a muffin pan.

In general the molds do not need any treatment, but we recommend testing your dough or batter to see if greasing is necessary.

The small holes in the bottom of our baking molds serve as vents for steam which prevents moisture build up. Occaisionally they let out a small amount of batter, but the heat of the oven is enough to seal them.

Yes, our baking molds are dual-ovenable, meaning they can be used in a microwave, conventional oven, convection oven, and Turbo Chef oven.

Yes, our baking molds and baking cups are suitable for freezing and thermal abatement.

All Novacart products are single use.
