The P 155 H 106 single-use baking mold is designed for the production of panettone, but also suitable for other types of dough. The paper is grease resistant and freezer and oven safe to 390°F. With its unique self-supporting structure, this mold does not need to be inserted into preformed metal molds. The design features a tan background with a gold floral pattern that stands out when baked. This baking mold is recyclable and commercially compostable to European standards. Minimum order quantities and extended lead times may apply.
